Hi Trish,I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the time you spoke with me. I received my order a few weeks ago and have been enjoying the cheese, but had no time to use my meat until tonight. I am amazed at how lean the meat is. After I was done making it into hamburger patties, my hands did not have the wierd film on them as they did when using meat from the store. This is absolutely the BEST hamburger I have ever had!Clara
